Mothernode Sales Tax Regulations

Notice to all Mothernode Customers

As you’ve probably already seen with many other online services you subscribe to, due to a recent nation-wide clarification of taxable services, a new law has determined that SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) services such as Mothernode CRM and Mothernode ERP are now considered taxable. We are now required to collect tax based on where our servers are located. Our servers are in Dallas, TX where the tax rate is 8.25%. Effective March 1, 2014 we will start collecting tax on all invoices. If you have any questions about this tax please contact us at billing@mothernode.com.
